Lighthouse summary
Located only 20 km from Zadar, you can rent a beautiful seaside apartment at the lighthouse. Built in 1876 on the island of Vela Sestrica, on the north side of the Kornati National Park, it is the only iron lighthouse in croatia. The classic red and white spiral pattern is a real eye catcher in the region. The lighthouse crew and keeper is present, and will support you in your stay! Of course you can go your own way and will not be bothered.
Lighthouse description
The apartment can sleep up to four guests. It has two bedrooms, a kitchen with a spacious living room and a toilet/bathroom combination. The apartment is a separate unit within the complex so you will have your privacy. The position of the island and its surroundings will absolutely give you an unforgettable experience. The views from the apartment are panoramic and breath-taking.
Before making the trip to the lighthouse, you must stock provisions since there are no shops or markets on the island! So please make your purchases before arriving.
