Landward Cottage Devon

Landward cottage is made up of three bedrooms and one bathroom and there is a minimum stay of two nights. The cottage is fully equipped with a washing machine and dryer, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, TV, DVD player, electric hob and oven, electric effect wood burner, and a payphone. Travel cots, high chairs, and a stair gate for children are also available and there is garden furniture for guests to use.

Small babies are allowed at the property but children under the age of 11 are not allowed for safety reasons. There is onsite parking for two vehicles, one in the front of the cottage and the other in front of the garage. There is a small gravel area outside the cottage with stone table and seating. Two well-behaved dogs are allowed at the cottage. The lighthouse is operational and includes an automatic fog signal; guests are provided with earplugs for the occasional foggy periods.

Within easy reach of the cottage are a number of beaches including Stoke Beach, which is within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Guests are able to complete some parts of the South West path along with its spectacular scenery and Dartmoor National Park and the seaside town of Salcombe are both nearby.
