Welcome to the Harlingen lighthouse! This three-story lighthouse is completely refurbished and restyled, allowing to guests to enjoy a luxurious night in this exceptional accommodation. With an unmatched view, luxury facilities, and surroundings that can only be seen in the north of the Netherlands, the Harlingen lighthouse offers you a unique experience.
Even though the lighthouse is not functional anymore, it still serves as a beacon: a beacon for those who want to experience something different. The lighthouse keeper now runs the accommodations, and will make sure you have the stay you deserve!
The lighthouse in Harlingen is part of a luminous chain along the Dutch coast. From the 20 original towers, 18 lighthouses are still being used! One of the lighthouses is now a museum, and the Harlingen lighthouse is now private property, used for amazing rental purposes.

Lighthouse description
The lighthouse is suitable for accommodating two persons comfortably. There are three stories: the first floor is the bathing area, with a remarkable round-shaped shower. The second floor is the living area, with a comfortable bed, two Charles Eames chairs and everything you need for a careless stay. Panoramic windows allow you to enjoy the view to the fullest! The top floor brings you to the place from where the light once shined so brightly. It is here were you can enjoy your dinner for two, or stand outside and glance over the sea...
Besides this, there is also free wifi, free parking, a fully stocked mini bar, CD/DVD installation, flatscreen TV, videophone, and even a mariphone.
