Lighthouse summary
Welcome to the stunning lighthouse of St. Peter, in Makarska. It was built in 1884 on the peninsula overlooking the bay and the amazing sea. The lighthouse is only a 20 minute walk away from Makarska city centre, and 85 km from Split airport.
It is no surprise that the lighthouse is named after Saint Peter, the keyholder of Heaven, since the surroundings of the lighthouse sometimes truly resembles heaven!
Lighthouse description
The apartment is approx. 81 m2 with two double rooms, kitchen, living room with sofa, bathroom, and WC. The whole apartment is surrounded by a terrace, and it sleeps a total of 5 persons! The peninsula itself is a forest park.
The sea is only ten meters away, and one of the most beautiful pebble beaches is only a short walk away. Many beaches are also suitable for small children!
The town of Makarska has many nice bars and restaurants, and shops to purchase items for cooking etc. We hope to welcome you soon in the St. Peter lighthouse in Makarska!
